These maps show the Community Health Service Areas 4124 (Sooke) and 4125 (Juan de Fuca Coast) that our Foundation serves. Beecher Bay / Sc’ianew First Nation is just outside this boundary, and is included in our service region.
The Sooke And Juan De Fuca Health Foundation is an all-volunteer public charity based in Sooke, BC.
